How Tech Limited is/was built to connect emergency services providers to the victims and skilled handymen to customers as well. It works with an enhanced GPS locator which is able to find incidence location.

We searched for app developers online, found reconnaissance company, made inquiries about the web application the company built in the past and we’re impressed with reconnaissance and decided to go for it

We are pleased to mention that the work Is done to the full extent, on time and on a high quality level. It complies with the requirements, not sure of the technologies used

It was really impressive, loved the features, app developer really paid attention to every detail

Importantly, the web design teams are Creative And complete. We were pleased with the Reconnaissance Technologies team.

I'm a Co-Founder and the Digital Lead of Renegade Digital, and we are a full-service agency deidated to Digital Strategy & Marketing.

We had CRM analytics issues as we were not signed with the right vender. Plus, we were not getting the right data, so it was difficult to take effective business decisions for our company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Reconnaisance Technologies was recommended to us by a business partner, and when it came up in-house to pitch tent with another partner, we chose them because they had proven track record and could deliver exactly what we needed.

They designed a CRM Analytical Tool for us. First we met us to discuss our Datan Analytics and CRM needs, after which they presented us with design prototypes to choose from. After we approved our choice, the project execution began and we met up two more times before finalizing. We had a beta test phase for feedback and further refining, and the final product automated our CRM Analytics and helped us get the right data.

There were 5 people on the Team we worked with:

• 2 Designers
• 2 Senior Developers
• 1 Project Manager

Other ad-hoc resources also came onboard the project as required.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Measuring the results after three months we found that our data entry errors reduced by 95% as the CRM tool automated this for us, our analytics improved by 85% and the custom-built CRM solution saved us time and money.

The Project Management was very impressive as deadlines were met, and each person gave their best to the project so there were no delays. Our communication tools were Slack and Telegram.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Access to the whole team helped a lot as everyone was clear on the objectives and we were all on the same page per time. Their services were top-notch and quite affordable for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Team evaluation for ad-hoc resources is something they could do better, and as this has been pointed out, they're currently working on it.
