web based (angular) solution for our desktop project our unique (sports) CRM

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

the way they handled challenge like: - UI/UX isses - load issues - non existing solutions providing (game plan) - analyze competition - noting every little detail the communication and dedication on rebel side the level of professionalism the hard working the understanding of the business side and there for understanding the releases importance

all web client side ALL of it !

1. requirements
2. design
3. estimate
4. perform all 4 steps by sprints of 2-3 weeks some times there were more steps that included prototype

team leader - hands on 3-5 developers

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

they delivered an excellent product. their input was felt by users which loved our product and thought the product is a breakthrough. our traffic was growing immensely by the day

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

the communication os electronic, we are not in the same country. we used the known tools available today. never was an obstacle

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way they cared about the project was impressive. They dont end the work when tasks are finished, they make it their business to understand the business, learn the competition

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

i would hire them a gain any time any opportunity i have ( i even miss working with them- we are still in communication on friendly basis) - so nothing!
