“Maison”-Ukraine's only production of kitchen and body washcloths from polypropylene threads. I am the chief marketer.

We turned to the guys for rebranding. We needed to update the brand both on the packaging and in the digital space.

How did you select this vendor?

We were looking for an agency whose communication and positioning would be to our liking. Went to the guys' website and realized this was it.

The agency did the development of new positioning for us, as well as the logo, packaging design, and digital elements. There were stages of research and focus groups, consideration of hypotheses, development of ideas. After each stage there was a visual presentation from the guys, during which we discussed ideas and made edits.

5 people. Creative Director, Art Director, Project Manager and two designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

First of all, it's the wonderful packaging, which stands out on the shelves. We have increased recognition and have loyal customers.

The guys were always in touch and never missed any deadlines. We were always aware of what stage of the work was going on. Also, they were open to dialogue and took our wishes into account. We liked that we could openly discuss everything and give feedback. It was as if we were creating together with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We noted their particular focus on learning about the business. In the first Strat-Sessions, they wanted to know everything. How do we think, what do we breathe, what do we invest? Some of the questions we had to think about ourselves. It was interesting for us, not just as part of the rebranding, but as part of doing business in general. Also, it's cool that the guys presented each idea through insight and history. Their hypotheses were based on some sort of conclusion about the CA. Even the ideas that we didn't choose as a result were worth the attention because they followed from our clients' problem. Well, and the character Maison won us over. Beautiful drawing from the designer and such a heartwarming story.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, we liked it all.

We are looking for a creative agency with rebranding experience in medium size businesses. Our goal was to upgrade the branding and create new positioning.

I found 4 agencies online and decided to work with Gagarin after the first meeting. We were amazed by their interest and depth of expertise.

Agency found new positioning based on market research insights. Also, upgrade our positioning, logo, slogan, fonts, colours, social media visuals, and website.

I enjoyed working with the Art director, brand strategist, and project manager. These people really care about the success of a project.

We got closer to our customers, and they positively evaluated the changes. Rebranding with a new 360-degree communication campaign gave us a 30% increase in revenue (year to year). Also, they helped us to communicate the changes to all our 250 employees.

We messaged every day and had weekly meetings. Communication was comfortable and easy.

The project was delivered on time, the most important thing is that throughout the work we were heard and listened to

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were pleased with the fact that they quickly implemented our task despite its difficulty. We wanted to show the turtle, but we were afraid that it would be pretentious and not interesting. But the combination of the image of the turtle and the planet really suited us because we got exactly what we wanted.

No, we plan to continue working with Gagarin.

I was looking for a query in Google, and to their website. After the first interaction, we realized that we were waiting for a cool job

We were provided with the following services: Naming, logo, communication strategy, positioning. Before each stage, we held a session in which we fully discussed the details and approved the task by the technical team. All stages were held in the format of online and offline presentations. We listened to the team, but the team also listened to us, so we got a great result and started with it.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is at the launch stage. But this is the first and unique in its technology project in Ukraine.

We have invested in the deadline announced to us. At every meeting, we had a face-to-face or zoom meeting. The whole project was in the working section, where we could track the process, the design of the session was collected in the Miro board, which is very convenient and fast to use

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Firstly, they studied our business very deeply and in detail. We had several deep strat sessions. They asked great questions that we were interested in thinking about. Secondly, I liked the approach to market and target audience analysis. They described the needs and pains of each type of client ,and showed us from which side we can build communication. We used to analyze the target audience ourselves, but somehow we got into the portrait of the client. Liked the title. It's cool that we have a name with a hidden meaning: Job - work, er - the one who is looking for, z - the generation of youth. One feels that there is creative work behind this word.

No, everything was great.
