I am the owner of Arken Technologies. Our company specializes in IT solutions.

For what projects/services did your company hire The Real Deal Digital, and what were your goals?

We've hired The Real Deal Digital for our new website and our new mobile application. Our goal was to create an easy way for our customers to reach us. We needed a custom CRM integration with the app and the website as well.

How did you select The Real Deal Digital and what were the deciding factors?

We've looked at full service digital agencies online. We've found The Real Deal Digital website and we scheduled a call directly. They have direct phone number, inquiry page and also a schedule a call button which is great.

We've had an introduction call with one of the project managers in the company. She asked us some questions regarding our needs, goals, budget and told us that they will get back to us with an offer.

So the next day we've received the offer, it was detailed with all the necessary steps which were going to be taken from their end. The price was matching our budget so we've decided to start it.

How many people from The Real Deal Digital team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I cannot tell with 100% certainty but I think around 6. I spoke with the project manager, I saw two web designers taking tasks from the CRM and in the offer they told me that there are going to be 2 developers and 1 person who will be the Q&A.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Everything went smooth and perfect, that is what I can say. Timeframe matched, even ready 5 days before the deadline. The product we had in our heads was delivered.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They are using a CRM not sure if it is built on their own or if it is some sort of white label solution but it is great. They created a profiles for us and we were able to see how everything is going. We could leave comments, notes, see live features in the website. It was great!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think the most important and impressive think I can mention is that they've left me with a feeling that to be honest they cared more about my business than me. The team successfully created everything with passion and desire.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing that I can recall.
