Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Board Member of SIA Trinat company which is a well-known local area restaurant in Riga, Latvia. We deliver our customers with the outstanding home style cuisine and challenge ourselves for achieving the Michelin star

For what projects/services did your company hire Reaktive, and what were your goals?

We hired Reaktive to provide e-commerce development. Our primary goal was to end up with the full-service commerce platform from scratch with the proficient technical SEO that would be challenging for our competitors

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were seeking the Web development companies that provide business advice as they key service. We needed someone to guide us through the development process and point out both strengths and weaknesses in implementing different approaches

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a kick-off meeting for discussing the existing website migration for a new redesigned and improved version. After that, the Reaktive team delivered mocks and wireframes that we have instantly agreed on. In 2 weeks period, Reaktive provided us with the MVP that we were then extending with an auxiliary functionality and testing with the Focus group

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A company CEO was our main point of contact. His extraordinary work significantly exceeded our best expectations, as he was responsive, diligent and accurate in all decisions and planning. There was also the team of 2 Full stack developers besides CEO behind the scene

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the redesigned solution, we have noticed the 100% website performance increase, among the 100% customer satisfaction. Our customers loved the performance and content accuracy as they loved the new Table booking form and the iOS application!

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We worked using the SCRUM methodology, having to attend the DS after each delivery cycle. We used the private AWS branch to see the sprint deliverables and Slack or Google Meeting as our primary contact point

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have delivered a surpassing website by keeping the element disposition and the color scheme as we have required. Reaktive has also delivered a great SMS messaging service and the straightforward Product list edit form. They even provided all relevant guides and instructions for modifying things that weren't what we paid for. Great people!!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything is amazing. We wish them a pleasant growth!!
