What challenge were you trying to address with ReactWay?

We didn’t have much of an online presence except for a basic website that wasn’t coming up high in local Google searches. Our goal was to have a more interactive site and higher rankings in Google searches.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ReactWay has developed a new website from scratch using Next.js and React. During development, they focused on getting the right information and making the site more accessible for us to make changes. ReactWay used the content on our previous website and transferred it to the new site. We also provided them with further information. 

The site includes our menu and hourly prices for our pool and snooker tables. ReactWay has also linked the site to our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts. If we get messages on any of those platforms, they come straight to my phone from the site. 

Additionally, ReactWay has attached the new website to our WordPress domain. Currently, they provide maintenance and assistance when the site has any issues. 

What is the team composition?

I've only worked with one developer from ReactWay. 

How did you come to work with ReactWay?

I found ReactWay through a recommendation from a friend who had worked with them. The site they designed for my friend was very nice, and I liked other examples of their work. My friend got ReactWay to give me a call, where we discussed what we had and how we wanted to improve it. They gave me a reasonable quote, and I decided to hire them on that basis. 

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent between $2,500–$3,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in August 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to ReactWay's work, our site's traffic has doubled, and the pages load much faster. My biggest metric is the amount of online contact I get from customers, which has increased by about 500%. Moreover, the site is much faster than our previous one, and the process for clients contacting us is smoother. Our visibility online has also improved. 

ReactWay has also made the process of making site changes very straightforward. Now, I can make changes to our pricing structure, add new offers, and put blog posts up from my mobile phone. As for issue response, we had a slight issue with one of the pages, I contacted them, and they corrected it within minutes. 

How did ReactWay perform from a project management standpoint?

They work well within time scales and have stayed within the budget they initially gave me. We generally communicate over phone calls or WhatsApp.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

ReactWay's communication skills are impressive. Moreover, they don't overpromise; they've told us exactly what we would get and have delivered. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing they need to improve; they've done exactly what I asked them to do.

Have a look at ReactWay's existing work. Sit down with them and describe what you want, and the team will find a way to achieve it. I also recommend our developer, who has been very helpful and friendly throughout the process.
