Excelon Associates, Inc. is a retained executive search and recruitment firm that specializes in higher education, financial services, and healthcare recruitment solutions. For what projects/services did your company hire ReachFarther?

We needed ReachFarther to take our old website, away from our previous developer, and redeploy it to a completely new environment that allowed us complete control. Without getting too thick into the weeds, we were taken advantage of previously and Brad (ReachFarther) was the man who saved us.

What were your goals for this project?

To redeploy the site in a new environment. To add several key pages and layers of content and styling on each. To reoptimize our search engine discovery To add a completely new jobs page in the form of a 3rd party widget.

We found Brad through our Attorney who has been working with him for several years now. They're also neighbors and friends in the North New Jersey community.

We had a unique situation that prompted us to work together. We are a small northeast based recruitment firm that ran into website issues with our previous developer. The experience has been night and day. Brad cares about the work that he does, is incredibly easy to get in touch with, and always has something to add regarding the usability or functionality of the site. His team is very talented and gets work done quickly. Having worked with someone who didn’t necessarily have our best interests in mind, it is incredibly refreshing to work with someone as transparent and straightforward as Brad. He leaves no stone unturned and documents every second of work that he does, leaving you with no questions or concerns as to what was accomplished on a given project. Brad wants to build long term relationships with the companies he works with, and it shows.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

On several occasions, Brad actually chose to set us up in a way that wouldn’t require extensive oversight on his part, despite the fact he wouldn’t profit as much from the engagement, he did this because he understood the unique position we were in and truly wanted to help. Brad sees us as a partner, and I can’t recommend ReachFarther enough. He has done a fantastic job at getting us back on our feet, redesigning our site, and getting us away from our previous developer, in fact, we’re already seeing a noticeable uptick in traffic and engagement. We look forward to continuing working with you!

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Managed seamlessly and efficiently. There was never a moment where I had ANY questions regarding status or billing. Brad and his team do a great job at keeping you up to speed with the latest.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

His expertise. They can literally do anything. You have an issue, question, or concern? ReachFarther will have a solution for you immediately. I was very surprised at how quickly Brad and his team were able to turnaround the projects.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None that I can think of regarding his expertise technologically. Perhaps it would be easier to collect payments online?
