I’m the founder of a small technology startup based in Chicago.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rcan Design?

We were seeking the design and implementation of wireframes that we’d created for a photography app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rcan Design converted our internally-produced wireframes into real designs. It’s a native Android/iOS app that they helped us design. I oversaw the project management myself.

I worked with a team of four.

How did you come to work with Rcan Design?

They came recommended to me. Someone that I had previously worked with had engaged with them in the past.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent less than $5000

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together at the beginning of 2018, and it’s an ongoing relationship.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

While I can’t provide exact metrics since the app hasn’t gone live yet, I can say that their attention to detail is amazing. The quality of their work and their timely delivery are both very impressive. I appreciate their keen ability to fully understand the requirements and deliver upon them.

How did Rcan Design perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been outstanding on that front.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re extremely cost-effective. They themselves aren’t that big, so they’re a great partner for a startup.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I really can’t think of anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would say to provide them as much detail as possible before going into a project.

We hired Rcan Design to design our customer-facing creative material.

What were your goals for this project?

Though we are well known in our immediate area, we wanted to spread our brand awareness across India, and beyond. We also wanted to create modern and consistent marketing materials that could better communicate our company’s mission and vision.

How did you select this vendor?

My team researched a variety of logo design and branding companies, agencies and studios. After viewing some of Rcan Design's work with other agencies, Our team felt they would deliver what we needed at the price point we needed.

Describe the project in detail.

After we established project timelines, They took us through a disciplined and thoughtful approach to understanding ourselves and our brand. we had an initial briefing to discuss the ideas, goals, and values we wanted in the logo. Then, Rcan Design submitted a proposal for the Corporate Brand Identity. Once both sides were happy with the design, their team built the rest of the materials.

What was the team composition?

It's very transparent. We worked with their designers and researchers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The best things we've seen are the custom abstracts and lettering they created from scratch for our logo design, which that makes sense for our brand. Overall, the results have met our expectations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They’re good at keeping up with our projects. Overall, they're easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by their willingness to dig in, get to know our brand, and deliver very impressive design creation. Rcan Design helped us elevate our online presence to the next level through strategy and creative idea and design.

No, we have no complaints.
