The scope of work for this project is the complete UI/UX journey, transforming the initial concept into a reality. The process was structured to ensure that every aspect of the design was thoughtfully considered and executed. The key stages and corresponding deliverables included:

• Mapping out the concept: To establish the foundational framework of the product, an initial mapping was crucial to articulate the vision, goals, and constraints.
• Wireframe prototyping: A basic wireframe prototype was needed to visualise the structure and key components of the design.
• Analysing competitor products: In-depth analysis of competitors' products was required to identify their strengths and weaknesses, providing insights that would guide our development strategy.
• User pain points analysis: Understanding user pain points was vital in tailoring the design to target specific needs and motivations. This required us to do an extensive examination of user preferences and potential obstacles.
• Visual design process: We required help on the aesthetic aspects of the product. This included decisions regarding colour schemes, typography, graphics, and other visual elements.
• Interactive prototyping: Moving from the basic wireframe, a more interactive and detailed prototype was needed to simulate the final product and to fine-tuning visual and functional attributes.
• UI design integration: The final stage of design involved would bring together all the UI design elements into the interactive prototype. This would ensure a cohesive look and feel, aligning the product with the intended user experience.
• Final product handoff: Handoff of the completed design to the development team, with detailed documentation to guide the implementation.

• Brand consistency: A critical outcome for us is the alignment of the UI with our established branding and visual guidelines. Ensuring brand consistency promotes a cohesive and engaging brand experience, reflecting the careful planning and execution of our design strategies which we have worked hard on developing. It may be early to quantify success right now, but these measurable outcomes serve as key indicators for us. They provide essential insights into the UI design's performance, focusing on user satisfaction, brand alignment, and aesthetic appeal. These factors will guide our ongoing assessment, ensuring that our design remains aligned with user needs and our overall brand objectives.

Raw consistently met our expectations by delivering items on time and according to plan. Communication throughout the project was smooth, making it easy to discuss upcoming plans and strategies. We were actively involved at all stages of the project, with plenty of opportunities to review and make necessary adjustments to the design.

Regularly scheduled meetings ensured that we stayed on the same page and we felt this approach fostered a strong working relationship, contributing to the overall success of the project.
