Ravian Technologies built a new web design for both my retail site and my wholesale site with Derma MD and CUCH. They helped me in setting up google ads, increase traffic to website, did all of our Search Engine Optimization, helped with better key words, subscriptions. Etc. Since our first website we have continued to work with them as our SEO consultants and in process of redesigning and updating new wholesale site.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with Ravian Technologies, we have increased our online sales in both retail and our wholesale business. We have had many compliments and interest on the appearance and our customers commenting about our site being user friendly. We also now have better conversion rates and new customers. Ravian Technologies will continue to be our source for all our Website/SEO needs.

I can honestly say that Ravian Technologies has always been diligent in the delivery time, and when needed new banners made for a sale, and or change out of pictures, they always performed in a timely manner. I find the professionalism and the sincerity of the company itself and the owner has always been more than fair with me in working with my budget.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were most impressed with Ravian Technogies' integrity and professionalism during the years that I have worked with them. That is hard to find these days, and I being an owner myself, believe that if you treat customers the way you want to be treated, they will maintain as YOUR customer. This is why we continue to work with Ravian. The old saying goes...It's easier to keep existing customers happy, then always trying to find new ones!.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ravian Technologies could have done differently?

I can answer that honestly and say they always did everything I requested and went above and beyond what I expected! I cannot say that about too many companies I have worked with in the past...I feel they are exceptional to work with.
