I am the owner of Dream Touch Logistics and when i decided to start my business i had no idea about how to start and what all business registration are required to run logistics business in India and China.
I approached Rapport Team and they have cleared my all doubts and get my business registration starting from Trade License, GST Registration, Shop & Establishment Registration, Import-Export Code, Ad code, EPF Registration, ESI registration and GEM Portal Registration in a very smooth manner and its been 1 year i am running this business and Rapport team takes care of all Return filing work on behalf of us.

I wanted to start this business as soon as possible and they delivered all requirements within a month time.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
First we went to their office for consultation and meet Mr. Pant CCO of this firm and he walk through with the step by step process and introduce with expert SPOC for each task and they listed all the required documents from our side and they prepared all paperwork and send us for review and also cleared our doubts and after signing off documents they proceed application with related authority and delivered this project within a month time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are experts in the industry and advised in layman's terms. They are very strict with the deadline and good liasioning with govt departments.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We wanted to hired them for CA, audit and accounting work but they are not offering this services and they mentioned they are planned for this service as well legal services in near future.
