The team's great execution of deliverables has been impressive. Timely, well presented, not too loud in terms of expression and the best part is the value for money. Ticks all the boxes.

Timeliness is a 11/10. Alok and his team respond faster than the Covid strain spreads. Communication was great. No arrogance and complete understanding that the customer comes first. Was respectfully catered to from the first day up until the last.

Their research of what relevant keywords are the most advantageous to target a particular market or location is great. Then their ability to create content which uses these keywords which is Google-friendly and results in good organic-search rankings.

Their content they send me often requires a lot of editing and isn't correct grammatically. Also when discussion vehicle system-operation and the associated noises and symptoms associated with failing equipment., the technical data is often incorrect or hard to understand the explanation.
