We work under NDA and follow each client's own security and data handling policy. Our team works inside your systems and accounts, with access scoped to what the project needs, so production and personal data stays in your environment rather than on our machines. Rango does not hold a compliance certification of its own. Where an engagement touches GDPR, HIPAA or SOC 2 scoped data, we agree the handling rules and sign the required agreements, such as a DPA, before work starts, and we build to those requirements. On the product side we handle consent, privacy and accessibility patterns inside the design and front-end work itself.

It depends on the engagement model. On staff augmentation you get daily syncs in your time zone, and your dedicated designer or front-end engineer works inside your own Slack, ticketing and design tools. On fixed-scope builds we run weekly progress reviews against milestones, and every milestone needs your approval before we move on, so there are no surprises. On the monthly partnership we work asynchronously with fast turnarounds and regular written updates. Our team is based in Indore, India, and we keep overlapping hours with US time zones for live calls. You always know who is doing the work and who to ask, because responsibility sits with the people doing it rather than routing through one account manager.

We operate like an extension of your team rather than an outside vendor, and the work runs in three steps. First we absorb context quickly: we go through your product, workflows and goals, ask the questions that surface edge cases, and skip long onboarding cycles. Then we structure the problem into flows, priorities and dependencies, so direction is agreed before anyone opens a design file. Then we execute with intent, shipping in a steady rhythm, communicating clearly and owning the outcome end to end. You can start small and prove the fit: staff augmentation includes a 1 week trial, fixed-scope builds start from $1,500 with milestone approvals, and the monthly partnership runs at $45 per hour with no minimum commitment.
