Our company develops analytics software for retailers. We help brick-and-mortar shops track metrics like store visitors, return visits, time spent, and so on. I am the Chief Executive Officer.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Radgost?

One of our clients was dissatisfied with their e-commerce platform and needed to develop a new one.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Radgost offers us a system called InvoiceOcean, which is the number-two platform of its kind in Poland. We're also working together on the e-commerce side, where Radgost has developed software for a Polish kids' clothing brand. Radgost also offers web development for our clients. I act as a consultant and oversee the work, given that our customers don't have IT resources.

How did you come to work with Radgost?

I had a subscription to Radgost's invoicing system and was happy with it. I incidentally noticed that Radgost offered other services, so I asked about e-commerce work for the brand for which we were offering consultation services. It wasn't a big selection process, given that I'm aware of this part of the industry. I was mainly looking for a friendly team.

How much have you invested with Radgost?

The total cost of Radgost's services has been between $30,000 and $50,000. We work on a monthly basis.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Radgost around 4 years ago and have an ongoing relationship.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

Radgost has handled the whole e-commerce part of our client's brand, which is very successful in Poland. I don't have any numbers, but their sales are going up.

How did Radgost perform from a project management standpoint?

I have no complaints in this regard. Radgost has been very good in terms of project management.

What did you find most impressive about Radgost?

Radgost has a very friendly team, which is important for me. They're also competent in what they're doing.

Are there any areas Radgost could improve?

Radgost could have a bigger focus on the business side, not just technology.

Do you have any recommendations for others considering working with Radgost?

I would advise any clients to provide as many details as possible, eliminating the possibility that Radgost would make a bad guess in terms of approach. They're very focused on technology but can't understand a business fully unless it's explained well.
