My company is a designing agency. We Design websites at my company. I am head of my company.

As we design Websites we got a requirement of development of that website so we hire Racetech solutions for web development.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

While deciding which company to choose we went through some interviews and analytical sessions. Racetech Solutions provide us the solution with the best budget. So we hired them.

It was a restaurant website and it had three phases:

• Phase 1: Login,signup (authentication) section
• Phase 2: Food ordering, adding items to cart.
• Phase 3: Ppayment gateway integration.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

4 developers were there. One was a UI/UX designer and three were web developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As soon as development did we handover it to our main client and they were happy with the outcome they got. They launched it successfully and got 30% profit from their investment within 2 months.

Racetech solutions were very confident with their development part and execute seamlessly. They keep updated us with the progress they were doing. Their workflow was very good.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive and unique about the company was dealing with challenges and issues that occur while developing the product. They handled it seamlessly and offer more improvements to the product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They provided UI/UX improvements that enhance the user experience.
