The development work resulted in a complete iOS application designed specifically for our trading model. Key components included a secure authentication system tailored for our multi-organization structure, a trading interface that allowed members to view offers, submit bids, and confirm transactions with clarity, and a notification framework that delivered timely information without overwhelming users.

Several cooperative leaders mentioned how empowering it felt to use an application that genuinely reflected their workflow rather than forcing them into an unfamiliar system. That was one of the clearest indicators that the development effort had succeeded.

Every milestone was delivered when expected, and whenever adjustments were needed such as when one cooperative suggested an alternative approval path they handled the request with a calm efficiency that made collaboration easy. Their communication was steady and predictable, and they often explained technical decisions in a way that helped our internal IT team build confidence in the long-term scalability of the solution.

What stood out most about Quytech was the blend of technical competence and genuine curiosity they brought into the partnership. Their ability to adapt technology to the nuances of cooperative workflows was something we had not encountered with other vendors.

it would have been more proactive discussions around future-proofing certain modules, particularly those related to analytics. While the foundation is solid, earlier conversations about long-term data insights could have helped us prepare our internal teams even better. However, this did not detract from the overall quality of the work, and Quytech has already addressed this in subsequent phases.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes were a planning where we discussed on weekly base the progress of the development.

Quytech completely failed in delvery of the app within the agreed timeframe of 4 months.  After the deadline had passed (complete delivery of the functional app in January 2023), I confronted Quytech that they still were not ready. The Sales Director then suddenly denied about having made a guarantee about the deadline in 4 months. I confronted him with his own words on recording and he still did not acknowledge his guarantee. He no longer responded on this proof of guarantee. The manager of the project said that the deadline was caused by errors on their server and the project kept dragging towards May 2024 where I then stopped working with Quytech and hired a lawyer to get involved. In the meantime I had a meeting with the founder who refused to refund my paid amount of the project. We are now still in legal procedures in India where Quiytech is located.

The only positive I can say was that they were willing to have a meeting on a weekly base. However, although we had a weekly meeting, they still managed to miss the deadline and kept prmissing that the project would end by the next month, and the next one and next one....

Are there any areas for improvement or something Quytech could have done differently?

Imprivement on Quality because eventhough Quytech used months more time, they were still not able to deliver the app as required. The app crashed on numerous occasions and although I showed them proof, Quytech kept dragging the project onwards until I decided to hire Legal help.

Quytech did not deliver items on time what should have been within 4 months.  When the deadline was near Quytech mentioned that they could not deliver on time due to 'User cases' and problems with the server.

My complaints about late deliver was initially acknowledge but after I stopped the cooperation after seven months because the app was still not finished and crashing, Quytech said that I was too blame because I took to long to approve the designing?

In the beginning of the project Quytech sheduled a weekly call to keep me updated about the progress of the development

The quality of the work and the communication. Countless times Quytech mentioned/ promissed that I would receive the testversion but wasnlt able to deliver. When they didn't deliver on a certain day, they even didn;t communicated about it. I have complaint each time about this way of communication and promisses bit it did  not helped.

In order to provide our staff and our clients the most benefit, we wanted to work with Quytech for a long time.  We chose Quytech because we wanted to use cutting-edge solutions in the domains of physical activity, including physiotherapy, and psychotherapy.

We chose to work with Quytech, a reputable and esteemed software development business, because the current solutions in these areas are not customized and do not meet our ideals of enhancing the user's quality of life.  We were able to hold seminars and create cutting-edge solutions for our clients in the future.

Because Quytech employed roughly three people per day to work on our project, we were able to produce extremely positive outcomes: 

 AI deployment strategy: leading AI experts created machine learning for our application;  We are aware of the next actions to take at every level of our application development after the session;  Quytech gathered the necessary paperwork and prepared the report that we had to give to our investors;  Time limits are removed. 

 We can eliminate time barriers from our projects as soon as they arise by hiring a product delivery manager. Some of the Quytech AI team's ideas will allow us to develop original solutions that use AI's influence.

keeps a close eye on the dates we have agreed upon for collaboration.  We spoke often in between meetings.  We were able to establish productive and successful channels of communication because of the Scrum methodology and the dedication of the Quytech team.  Our project's objectives and user demands were promptly recognized by the Quytech team. 

 They ensured that our plan to apply AI aligned with the platform's overall commercial objectives.  Their in-depth knowledge of machine learning capabilities will enable us to completely address our users' requirements.  In terms of communication, money, and delivery schedule, I found it crucial that the Quytech team could work in tandem with our teams.
