Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm media director of a mid-sized advertising agency, focusing on luxury, hospitality and tech.

For what projects/services did your company hire Quilytics?

We hired Quilytics to help us with a Google Analytics audit and subsequent GA4 build-out for one of our media clients. The build was across six e-commerce websites. Quilytics also built and managed an on-going Google Data Studio dashboard as part of this project, so it was a fairly substantial undertaking.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

My company has been working with Quilytics a long time, so it was a fairly easy choice, as they have always provided us with quality work in the past, and on an on-going basis across several of our clients. We asked them to provide a proposal and timeline, which they did, and seeing as it met our needs and they had done such excellent work in the past, we decided to move forward with the engagement.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First, they did an audit of all existing Google Analytics properties to understand the major challenges prior to constructing the build. Then, they put together a project roadmap and timeline to address the build-out, with detailed steps mapped out so we would know exactly what would need to be done. We then shared that doc with the client and made sure all were in agreement and understanding of the steps prior to beginning. Finally, throughout the duration of the project, their team checked in with our team and the clients on a weekly basis with progress updates, questions and to address any new concerns that may have popped up throughout the duration of the build.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Their two founders have been our main points of contact. We are also working with a GTM specialist and data architect. Aside from the two founders, we are receiving support from roughly 3 other team members.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is still in progress, but so close to completion! This has been an enormous and very complicated undertaking, but the Quilytics team has done a wonderful job of keeping us looped in on all progress and we are really excited to see the outcome. We are confident the results will be terrific based on the next-level partnership we have received from Quilytics in the past.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very nice - their team is integrated into our Slack and email for a seamless flow of communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Something I really love about Quilytics is their never-ending patience for me, a person with very little knowledge about the deep level of services they provide, as well as a super positive attitude towards everything they do. Aside from providing excellent work, the above means that they are an absolute delight to work with. Every meeting is organized, succinct and I always leave with a big smile due to their positive attitudes!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no complaints - they have put up with such a huge mess of a project with professionalism and positivity, and are doing a terrific job as always!

Their dashboards are intuitive and appropriately designed to suit the requirements of the end user. We can seamlessly track our KPIs and maximize savings by looking into our past supplier-category data.
