We are a healthcare solution and service provider based in California,We need to get the feedback for our requirements so we can increase the sale. We contacted Qualtico Research company, which specializes in providing market research services for small businesses. They offered us a customized market research plan that was tailored to our business needs and budget. 

They provided us with the following services: 

• Online surveys: Qualtico Research company conducted online surveys to collect data from our target market. They designed the survey questions based on our requirements and sent them to our target audience through social media, email, and other online channels. They collected data from a large sample size, ensuring the results' accuracy. 
• Secondary research: They conducted secondary research to collect data on the education industry's trends, competition, and market size. They used various sources such as industry reports, journals, and websites to gather relevant data.

They conducted some interviews online some face to face interviews. Which makes our requirement fulfill.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The support level and cost per completed survey has already been established. They will charge less than $90 for any kind of CAWI. Although we were initially concerned about data quality, the pilot study provided us with excellent results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Qualtico Research could have done differently?

Yes, I think Qualtico Research Should increase the team because sometimes emails were delayed by 3-4 hours.
