We had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used call to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.

They gave us a professional site that's easy to update. My team had never worked with Wordpress before, So they took the time to teach us how to update the content ourselves.
