Our goals were to create a website to showcase our products and make it easy for potential and existing clients to make appointments in our showrooms.

The team at Stardust was involved every step of the way. They did everything for us. I cannot thank them enough for making this daunting task so easy for us. No long meetings - they just got to work and kept us informed every step of the way.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The new website was launched a few months ago and we're now ramping up marketing and our client base. The website has become an integral part of our team.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had an initial face to face meeting and then everything was basically done remotely until launch date.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They saw our project from a business owner's perspective. Short meetings, quick phone calls - they basically let us run the business and took over the entire project. They made life easy for us and delivered the project on time.

To reduce the administrative costs of of running the business as well as giving our partners a complete portal of information and sales ordering tools

THe project went very smoothly and after our initial meetings and phone discussions Stardust handled the entire process and delivered the project n budget ahead of time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very easy and communication was excellent. Everything was very transparent and clear. We knew exactly what we were getting and they knew what we expected.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The Stardust Agency owners and directors were personally involved at all times and were available at any time to discuss and review the project - weekends and nights as well. The service w exceptional on all levels.
