We hired ProspectOut to generate qualified seller leads through cold email outreach. Their scope of work included identifying and building a targeted list of business owners, creating and optimizing cold email copy, setting up email infrastructure, and managing ongoing outreach campaigns. Key deliverables included weekly lead reports, booked discovery calls with interested sellers, and continuous optimization of messaging and targeting to improve response quality.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the first two months, ProspectOut generated a strong and consistent flow of seller leads. Most notably, we secured a $7M business listing directly from one of the leads they generated, which alone made the engagement extremely successful. In addition, we saw steady improvements in reply rates and lead quality as the campaign progressed.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the engagement. If anything, expanding reporting with even deeper insights into lead behavior or industry segmentation could be a nice enhancement, but this is a minor point. The results more than met our expectations.
