No measurable outcome, only business losses.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They did not manage the account and did not care about us as a client. They did not deliver services on time and often not at all. They seldom responded in a timely manner and, more often, did not respond at all.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found it unique that in today's business environment, they could be so deficient in customer service and care and yet expect to be paid.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Propertybase could have done differently?

Yes! They could train their frontline salespeople to honestly represent their services so that clients would know what to expect. The timeline for site development and the amount of work the client must do are severely underestimated. The support was tragically short of what was promised, and the experience of PB was stressful. Even when they do not deliver according to their contract, they still expect to be paid.
