Are there any areas for improvement or something Pronto Marketing could have done differently?

They should better pay attention when given revision feedback on content and designs. They should have done a final QA on the website, we are still finding "lorem ipsum" on pages and images we asked them to remove or change still on the site. They did not provide quality content and were difficult to get access to shared files (we had to ask multiple times to get access to the SEO report for example).
