We appreciate their genuine interest and care in solving our problems and giving us their best work. They even reached out after the project had ended to check in and fix a couple of basic things for no extra charge.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Projekt could have done differently?

Yes, they should definitely charge more. I've worked with people who did less than they've done and over-promised. But charge a huge amount. They definitely need to increase their prices to reflect their effort so they get the worth of their labor.
