Empowering Leading Women is a platform for women's empowerment offering personal and professional development coaching services. Founded in 2016, based in Melbourne Australia. With both online and offline programs to enhance opportunities for women's creative, innovative talents and skills to grow more confidently to reach their limitless potential. I am the Founder.

For what projects/services did your company hire PROGMATIQ?

Empowering Leading Women began with a primary focus of offline coaching and mentoring one to one and workshop| seminar events. This was only targeting local based clients and we wanted to expand the impact to women globally or in any location, so our unique brand, Empowering Leading Women platform could expand its reach in the marketplace. We required to transition to an online platform with a long term web development expertise to work with us long term as we evolve the coaching business services.

How did you select this vendor?

Market Research online and social media networks.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They designed the website, developed, configured the backend. This was a unique project, as a start up business, I wanted to learn as much as possible about the website process, and required a long term ongoing web expert team support to meet my specific needs, as the business evolved to an online forum.

What was the team composition?

I only worked with directly with the Founder| Owner and primary head web development expert.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The knowledge of reliability, certainty, and professionalism is guaranteed, this is hard to find. I feel fortunate to meet a web team who actually cares for my specific business needs. Trust and integrity is exactly what I am looking for, with a long term view of building a working relationship is a positive impact to my business success, when I am ready to launch our website to the world in 2020!

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was managed well with GitHub primary, and emails| FB Messenger when required.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The care factor, patience, and professional of meeting the client business needs, and the attention to detail, great customer service, knowledge level and execution and turn around. Flexibility of communication methods, and went beyond to create training videos.

I hired them to develop my personal business website.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal was to develop an exceptional website with unique animations. I wanted my site to stand out and attract a lot of attention from potential employers.

I've known Andriy (CEO, PROGMATIQ) for a long time and he has always been very professional. When I decided to do this project, there was no doubt in my mind about who to pick.

They developed my landing page. I provided them with custom designs and communicated my goals.

We had one web developer on their side to work on the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This project was a portfolio website. It did what it was designed to do – attract a lot of attention. Eventually, I was contacted and employed by one of the business owners who noticed me thanks to the website.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I communicated regularly with their contact person about the progress and issues that came up along the way.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I liked that they were very communicative and kept me updated on the progress. They were very professional and handled all phases of the project that I needed them to ­­– from development to setup to hosting.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I’m pleased with their performance.

I’m the CEO of WP Doin, a WordPress theme development company specializing in responsive themes, custom plug-in development, and WooCommerce and Gravity Forms add-ons. We also offer WordPress support services and populate our blog with useful tips.

We’ve worked together as partners on multiple WordPress-based projects for third-party clients. For one theme customization project, PROQMATIQ handled the frontend development. 

What were your goals for this project?

We needed them to deliver quality work and provide post-delivery support.

How did you select this vendor?

We found them through a partner.

On this project, PROGMATIQ created a responsive frontend code for a custom theme based on a provided design. They were responsible for delivering precompiled and optimized scripts/styles in addition to WordPress Timber-based .twig files that we could quickly implement. Following completion, they also provided post-delivery support and applied client-requested changes. 

What was the team composition? 

We worked with a single point of contact.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

For the past two years, we’ve worked on and continue to work on several WordPress projects together, which speaks to the quality of their service. While we can’t comment in detail on this project due to NDA restrictions, the client was extremely satisfied with their work. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it? 

They were easy to contact. We communicated through a custom online tool as well as Slack and didn’t have any language issues since they knew English and Polish. They shared the project code using a GitLab repository. Through each install, they moved the database with WP Migrate DB.

PROQMATIQ never left us alone in the process. They offered support, kept up with the deadlines, and were never late. If a task was to take longer than expected, they informed us up front. 

What did you find most impressive about this company? 

I was impressed by their commitment to meeting timelines, quality of work, and suggestions for new technologies.

No, I can’t think of anything.

I am the founder and owner of a small software development company called Codeup.

For what projects/services did your company hire PROGMATIQ?

We hired PROGMATIQ to complete several web design projects and develop custom software for us. We needed a team that could create responsive websites using HTML, CSS, SCSS, and PHP. 

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to build a clean and robust codebase that could be used to scale in the future. We also wanted a partner that would meet deadlines and communicate well.

How did you select this vendor?

I was introduced to the team at PROGMATIQ by a mutual friend. We did a small web design job together, and I was satisfied with the results. Soon after, we took them on as a partner to collaborate on several other projects.

For each project, we followed a similar process. We started with a discovery phase, where we would collaborate with the team at PROGMATIQ to identify possible solutions. After that, we created a timeline and agreed on specific deadlines. 

Next came the implementation phase. Most of the web design projects were 5-15 page sites connected to a CMS. The custom software products were developed using Laravel and Vue.js. The team from PROGMATIQ gave constant feedback throughout the development process for each project. Once each platform was finished, PROGMATIQ conducted user testing before launching the product. 

What was the team composition?

Our project manager led a team of several developers and a QA specialist from PROGMATIQ.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We're impressed with the quality of the code structure and architecture that PROGMATIQ delivered. Also, the PROGMATIQ team met most deadlines and consistently launched products on time. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The workflow between our teams was great. We used GitLab as a project management tool, and the PROGMATIQ team was very responsive via phone. We also had many in-person meetings, which made collaboration a seamless experience.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

PROGMATIQ balanced their high attention to detail with meeting deadlines and working efficiently. They wrote great code in a timely manner, which is not always an easy task. 

Are there any areas for improvement?

Some of our projects did not meet certain deadlines, though this was not necessarily because of PROGMATIQ. In general, we were satisfied with the work that the team did for us.

I’m the founder and head coach of MVF Personal Training.

For what projects/services did your company hire PROGMATIQ?

I was having issues building my own website via all of the regular "create your own website" platforms; they just weren’t up to par. I needed a resource who could design a website and handle my SEO. 

What were your goals for this project? 

My goal was to make sure that people could find my business online in addition to learning about what we do and how we do it.

How did you select this vendor?

Andriy (CEO, PROGMATIQ) approached me first and offered to do the basic website for free because he’d never done a personal trainer site before. It turned out to be the perfect opportunity.

Andriy designed an entire website, using video chat and explainer videos to show me how to use it and edit content myself. Currently, he’s diving into SEO for us since I don’t have the resources internally to do this.

What was the team composition? 

I work exclusively with Andriy.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The site has only been live for about three weeks, but we’ve already had over 700 visitors, which is huge for us. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it? 

Andriy is very effective and completes tasks in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The customer service is absolutely impeccable. I never expected to have video chats nor individualized explainer videos to show me how to operate my site. This has been a great help.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Andriy is perfect; he’s done everything I’ve asked for and more.
