BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the managing director of EM Payroll, an outsourced payroll processing company. We do all the procedures to calculate the customer’s tax and insurance needs.

What challenge were you trying to address with Professional Web Designs?

We needed someone to provide us with a professional and functional website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Professional Web Designs is providing us with their web development and design services through WordPress. They also guide me through the content creation process to make it more SEO-friendly, and have been consulting me with blog ideas to attract business.

They’re currently providing me with marketing services to become more prominent in various digital channels and our local area.

What is the team composition?

I have an account manager, but I’ve also been speaking with three different people for the design and SEO aspects of the project.

How did you come to work with Professional Web Designs?

I was searching for web designers on Google and came across their company. I chose them because I felt comfortable during our initial conversation and was impressed with their professional approach.

We’ve invested around $7,000 USD.

What is the status of this engagement?

The ongoing partnership started in September 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve actually delayed launching the site because we’re still making several changes to it, and we’re also waiting for the right moment.

They’re very good from a project management perspective. They’re quick to understand what I need and know exactly what I don’t want. The communication has also been very smooth, and we typically talk through email and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with their name because it instills what they do, and I’ve had nothing but professional treatment for the entire project. They have in-depth knowledge when it comes to web design and they give me ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they could improve because they’ve done everything so well in my experience.

My advice is to ask as many questions as you want.
