Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the head of the sales department of Decorprof LLC. We are one of the biggest importers of glass, PVC and aluminium profiles, accessories in Armenia.

We were looking for an agency that can run our paid advertisement campaign, and we found WeProdigi agency website, then we researched the information and liked their style of working and what they offer. They turned out to be a perfect match for us

How did you select this vendor?
After long research and negotiations with various companies, we understood that WeProdigi is the ideal combination of professionalism, high quality and price. We’ve made an accurate research of their web info and had negotiations with their team and after all we decided that they are the right professionals to trust with and to cooperate.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
After sending them a request we got a quick reply from their side despite the time being after work. They sent us a custom proposal. We have nearly everyday calls and e-mail communication with the team and we’re informed about all the results real time.
They sent us a brief to fill in and the list of info they need to do a research and to build the strategy. Our main platforms for the ads to generate the lead were LinkedIn, Google Search and FB/IG from social media. What I like the most is that a whole team of professionals was working 24/7 on our project trying to help us to boost our business and they were celebrating each success with us as a part of our team and not a seperate company.
What was the team composition?
Our Account Manager Irina is a wonderful person. She was always in touch with us by calling, e-mailing, providing necessary info and just discussing our business perspectives with us. She became a part of our team. The whole team, Project Manager, Designers, Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Strategist, Content Writer, Creative Manager, etc. were very responsive and eager to fulfill our requirements and help us reach our goal. After cooperating with them I had a feeling that they are a branch of our business and not a business partner.

The rate of received calls increased 4 times, and nearly 75% of the calls converted into sales, as the target audience found in all platforms was fully our potential clients.
