We gave Probey Services Labs our paperwork and scope of work.  The team oversaw the UX/UI design of the second iteration of our mobile app, making the user interface (UI) more user-friendly and captivating for our clients.  Additionally, the team improved the sessions' online broadcasting quality and incorporated performance improvements. Furthermore, Probey Services has integrated third-party APIs that provide real-time performance monitoring and payment processing.  The team provides App Store optimization and marketing services and built the app using Flutter Flow. Additionally, Probey Services offers our clients AI-powered customization that creates exercise suggestions depending on user activity.  A user will receive a list of recommendations based on their interests and choices if they complete a certain kind of session.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Probey Services' efforts have improved our user retention by 30% since we redesigned the app.  Following the introduction of the new app, the team also saw an increase in bookings for our live sessions, which went from roughly 25% to 50%. Our software has gotten a lot of great ratings on the software Store.  Additionally, we've received positive feedback on sites like TikTok and Instagram.  Although there were some issues at first, Probey Services offers complete support going forward.  In order to deploy the updated version of our software and maintain performance requirements, the team has also tested.

We created the code for the API to expose the information in Outlook, and Code District found out how to get it to display in the application.  The panel offers access to our app, enabling the user engage with our data, functionality, and tools.  They are now working on the app after finishing the Outlook plug in. We completed the specifications and concept design for the app, and Probey Services made it a working application.  It establishes a connection with our API to exchange data.  They undertake quality assurance in addition to building several versions for iOS and Android.

Due to daily obligations and activities, our internal development team's plans to work on the mobile app continued being postponed.  Probey Services delivered what our own team was unable to achieve since they were able to concentrate on the project.

The majority of the design was created entirely by Probey Service.  They created a portfolio with samples that matched the style we wanted when we first provided them some design ideas and websites we liked.  After that, we narrowed it down, and their team used our color scheme to create a unique marketing website and user interface.

They went with it as we wanted a simple user interface that looked sleek and contemporary.  They improved the user account function's design and made the nursing home search tool's selection features more user-friendly.  Users were able to save nursing homes under their accounts through the interface.  Additionally, they improved a feature that allowed users to store records of their past searches.  It was essentially a complete redesign of the website.

Our clients and users are thrilled with the enhanced functionality and interface now that the site is operational.  The UI was linked up, pushed out, and put live by a separate developer on our team.  All of their code really impressed him, and he found it quite simple to put it online, which was fantastic.

We've discovered a number of hits in our marketing cycles.  They worked on our marketing page to assist us build brand confidence and include quotations and reviews from clients, which have increased the site's legitimacy.  The website is now receiving a lot more traffic from visitors who are browsing around or conducting internet searches.
