Probey Services handled the project end to end. They started with wireframes and design discussions to ensure the app fit our needs. From there, they built the backend, integrated secure data handling, and created a clean, intuitive interface that worked seamlessly across devices. One of the most important deliverables was encrypted data tracking, which gave our team confidence that sensitive information was well protected. They also provided customizable dashboards so different users  from researchers to clinicians  could personalize their experience.

The success was clear during our initial trials. Our internal teams were able to quickly adopt the app and use it to track device performance without additional technical support. Data that previously required multiple steps to review was now accessible on mobile, making our research and collaboration processes faster. Another strong outcome was the improved communication between internal and external stakeholders, since secure file and insight sharing was built directly into the app.
