We had a separate website before we began working with The Probey Services Works.  They pointed up a number of issues with the site, which finally prompted us to construct a new one.

 The new website was created by another firm, but The Probey Services Works was heavily involved in the process, offering suggestions and guidance on content, metatags, and structure.   They assisted with the new site's launch and ensured that our rankings didn't suffer throughout this time.

 The website was optimized around certain keywords by Probey Services Works.  We made a few business adjustments after the introduction of the new website.  For example, we needed to inform the neighborhood about the new preschool that we had installed.  We were able to raise our ranking with relevant search phrases thanks to the Probey Services Works.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In a competitive setting, the Probey Services Works helps us stand apart.  Both our website traffic and rankings have increased as a result of them.  Our site traffic has increased annually since the new site was launched.  We had an incredible increase in annual traffic from 12,000 to 24,000 after the introduction of our new website.  They have been successful in keeping traffic at this level and where we want it.

Project management is excellent.  They take care to provide me with thorough monthly reports that include all the information I require to demonstrate their actions.  When they need to discuss things with me, they are adept at setting up phone conversations.  We have in-person gatherings a few times a year, which is quite beneficial.

 In the three years we've worked with them, our account manager has changed a few times, but each time has gone really well.  The handovers have impressed me; there has never been a change in service, and they haven't required my involvement.

Probey Services approached the project with a comprehensive plan. They designed and developed both iOS and Android versions of the app, created a robust backend dashboard for internal monitoring, and integrated features like interactive maps, automated notifications, and reporting systems. They also conducted user testing and incorporated feedback into iterative updates to ensure the app met both user expectations and operational requirements. Deliverables included wireframes, prototype designs, the fully functional app, backend analytics tools, and a training session for our team on app usage.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The launch of the app exceeded our expectations. Community engagement increased as residents could easily report mosquito activity and access timely information. Our internal workflow became more streamlined, as staff could track incidents and generate reports directly through the app

As for areas of improvement, additional training sessions for our internal team on the app’s advanced analytics could have helped us fully leverage its capabilities sooner.
