I’m the founder and CEO of ROG, which provides software solutions to the security guard industry. We create intelligent systems that work in conjunction with live guards to keep people and property safe.

Pro Vision created a system to work with our video cloud system. It provides recognition of humans within alert zones.

What were your goals for this project?

As a startup company, we needed to create a minimum viable product (MVP) that we could use to get customer feedback.

How did you select this vendor?

I got to know Constantin (Project Manager, Pro Vision Lab) on LinkedIn, where we used to chat for a while. At that time, it was challenging to hire a programmer for our project. When I shared this with Constantin, he offered his help. I liked his professional manner and promptness.

Initially, Pro Vision did a pilot project for us. Since we were satisfied with the result, we decided to hire them to help us with the rest of the project. They’ve provided us with an expert team that enabled us to get into the market faster. They have skills in Python, C#, and C++.

What was the team composition?

We work with a project manager, one senior developer of recognition, one middle developer of recognition, one senior developer for the server part, and a graphical user interface designer.

What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

Not at this moment. It's quite sensitive data for us at this time.

How effective was the project management?

They are almost always available to us despite the huge time difference—it almost seems like they don't sleep. They have been excellent and stay engaged until the project is done.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Luckily, we don't have to work with other providers as Pro Vision helps us with all of our needs for this project.

What tips or recommendations do you have?

I am so happy with the Pro Vision team that I wish they would expand their services into other parts of technology. I would like them to add QA testing and systems administration to their offering to create a more seamless workgroup.

We are the Pet Identity Recognition Company Inc. Founded in 2016, we have one location in Ottawa and about 70 employees. I deal with issues of attracting additional investment and issues of attracting development.

We wanted the owners pets don't stress about their pet's wellbeing.

In the past, pets owners are stressed about their pet's wellbeing. And we decided to help them. We wanted quickly and easily to access pets with a smartphone or tablet. It would improve the dog and cat owners life. Provision Lab's programmers developed a program that, with the help of a camera on the collar, allows control of our pets. It's really cool, guys!

We are the factory for tailoring T-shirts. Founded in 2003, we have one location in the USA and about 500 employees. I'm Founder.

At our factory for tailoring T-shirts, we need to quickly detect the breaking of the thread on the looms. In the past, control of breaks was carried out by employees who were supposed to control about a hundred machines and more than 500 threads, which was economically expensive.

What were your goals for this project?

Decrease downtime in a factory
