I am the General Manger of PCOM-SSB.PCOM-SSB is an ERP system solution provider.

For what projects/services did your company hire Prisma Technologies, and what were your goals?

Our company tech stack is focus on the .Net application and lack of web development skill.Prisma can help us on the web development and they also make us got the ability to settle the web development issues.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Their attitude is good and they do not over-promise or under-deliver the project.Their cost is also reasonable and I like to work with them.

We are using the React and AWS.Prisma also provide the UI/UX services to us.At first,we provide the workflow and wireframe to them.They will start the design and let us demo to our client.Once everything is confirmed then they will start the development and integrate our API and 3rd party plugin. The Rental portal can let public to rent the car with using the web portal and check out the history of the transaction.

2 UI/UX designer, 2 Senior React developers,3 Junior React developers and 1 project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our business got increase 150% since we can develop the web app and mobile app.

We have the daily standup with them.We use Clickup to monitor the project progress and use Google Meet and Slack for communcation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their attitude is really good. Their attitude is really good. I am very happy to work with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their code structure and AWS skills can be improve. Although their code structure is still need to improve but they are willing to listen and accept the advise.
