I'm the managing director of a UK-based food and drink wholesaler. We supply retailers with a diverse range of ambient, specialty, health, kosher, and American grocery products, including exclusive imports from leading global brands.

What challenge were you trying to address with Primo Collab?

We had a very old, slow, and problematic website, so we asked Primo Collab to revamp it with added features, including the implementation of our wholesale B2B dashboard. We also wanted to modernize our website in terms of layout (mobile responsiveness) and design.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Primo Collab's work resulted in a 90+ pagespeed score. They did very well in complying with the Google Insight Report. Overall, the website's refreshed design and look had a domino effect; everything increased.

We communicated via email and messaging apps.
