PrimeTel is an independent technology sourcing and advisory firm based in London. Since 2016 we have helped UK organisations buy business critical technology with less time, cost and risk. We are not a reseller and have no supplier bias, so every recommendation is made on fit, service and price.

We run a structured, competitive buying process on our clients' behalf. It starts with discovery, where we learn how you work today, what needs fixing and where the business is heading. We then write a clear brief covering technical requirements, commercial priorities, timelines and constraints, so suppliers respond properly and you can compare them like for like. From a network of more than 300 vetted suppliers we build a shortlist, manage the demos, questions and proposal analysis, and present the options in plain terms. We stay involved through negotiation and implementation to make sure you get what was agreed, not just what was sold.

Our work covers cloud telephony, contact centre, conversational AI and automation, networks and connectivity (SD-WAN, leased lines and internet access), cloud and data centre, cyber security, business systems integration and IT hardware recycling.

We mainly work with multi-site organisations of 100 to 800 staff in professional services (legal, recruitment, accountancy, insurance and consultancy), education (multi academy trusts and independent schools) and hospitality (hotels, restaurant and pub groups, and travel operators). Clients include Thompsons Solicitors, Venn Group and Wendy Wu Tours.

We have completed more than 600 projects. On average, our clients save 18% and around 15 working days of staff time, and 96% of them stay with us. There is no fee to the client: suppliers pay us, and that does not change how we advise.
