I’m the owner of Dean Street Taco Chips. I started the company a little bit over 5 years ago.

What challenge were you trying to address with Prime Marketing Experts?

I hired them to take care of the marketing needs for me. I wanted their help in trying to gain investment and money earning opportunities for my business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They managed our Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter accounts, running our social media marketing efforts. He wrote organic content for us on these platforms. Michael (President) developed a navigator to help gain money and investment opportunities. One thing he did that I really liked was his suggestion for sending out samples to specific people, and he’d get their name and address to send them samples and notes about where we’re available. 

Within the last month, I had to switch to using a different marketing team within a company that is putting money into my business, so Michael made it a smooth transition. He passed it all along to the new company.

How did you come to work with Prime Marketing Experts?

I got to know Michael through my son, who got to know him through networking and liked him very much. He recommended I use his services when the time came for marketing efforts. I interviewed Michael, he sent me a proposal, and I liked him so we started working together.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost was between $18,000–$20,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September 2019–August 2020. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

From his efforts, I was being contacted by people interested in doing mergers, acquisitions, seed money, venture capital money, and other types of hits. He did a great job. I likely interviewed between 45–50 people to raise capital. 

How did Prime Marketing Experts perform from a project management standpoint?

He was top-shelf at project management. He handled the transition very seamlessly when I had to end our engagement, and he was extremely cooperative. He was very prepared and smart in his own field. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Michael has the flexibility that a lot of bigger companies don’t have. With Michael, you’re getting the first string. With other larger companies, they have the right people but they end up giving you the third-string even though you’re paying top dollar prices.

Michael’s fee is reasonable and realistic and does the bulk of the work himself. I learned a lot from working with Michael and I had a great comfort level with him. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. If there was a lack of results, it’s because I wasn’t moving as quickly as he was and COVID-19 caused the company to slow down a little bit. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Stay close to him and listen to his suggestions.
