I can honestly say that working with Prime Design Agency is the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! After four months, my website is still not finished. I reparably asked them to migrate the website to my server, but they disregarded my request. So, I don't have a live website, and I don't know when I will have one because they stopped communicating with me for the last two weeks.

In my experience with Prime Design Agency, they have the WORST communication skills I have ever experienced. They vary to use of the phone; sometimes, they don’t reply to texts or emails for days. You never know what is going on with your project and what has been done, if any.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The lack of communication and customer service. I didn’t know you could disregard a paying customer.
