• Rentout aims to expand smart mobility in the Balkans by integrating car-sharing, parking, and EV charging to cut CO₂ emissions, ease congestion, and promote sustainable urban transport. Goal: optimize 20,000+ cars, reduce millions of tons of CO₂, and boost green city mobility.

Primalt was contracted to develop our EV Charging app along with the CRM. Primalt team did a great job, because they proposed a better EV Charging app than the one I requested. Primalt team added many new services on CRM and developed the app not only for our Charging Towers but for other businesses as well to list their towers on our app. 
CRM was requested by us to be much more simple but they delivered a fully CRM platform for us to administer our business, by creating Finance & Support User, Reports, Mail Campaigns, Push Notifications etc.. Primalt team improved our first request 20 times more by doing their own research on this project and upgrading our business plan by developing an innovative platform and app.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Primalt was contracted to develop our EV Charging app along with the CRM. Primalt team did a great job, because they proposed a better EV Charging app than the one I requested. Primalt team added many new services on CRM to develop my business and developed the app not only for our Charging Towers but for other businesses as well to list their towers on our app. They proposed to add as well a Franchise Fee and a Parking fee for our partner's using our app and platform.

Yes they delivered in time, even better 3 months before the project was agreed to be delivered. They responded to every of our needs, and they exceeded our expectations for good. I was really happy and secure to work and trust their works during the hole process.

They do not only program a software or an app, they do much more, a deep research on how your business plan, requests, and innovation fit in the upcoming 20 years, by delivering a very good customized software. They are dedicated to get the best in every project, but most importantly to deliver the right software fulfilling our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Primalt could have done differently?

They just need to keep going what their are doing and they will professionally mark their work and reputation internationally soon enough.
