I’m the CEO, we specialise in developing chrome extensions.

For what projects/services did your company hire The Present Pixel, and what were your goals?

We were struggling with branding for the development of one of our chrome extensions. We didn’t have a foundation on how to position our extension nor did we have a logo or an identity. We needed branding from scratch and someone to help us with this challenge.

The Present Pixel was recommended to us by our trusted marketing partner and we began working with them since then.

We started off with brand strategy sessions to define the brand values and positioning. Following that effort, they designed the logo, icon and identity for our extension.

We worked with Omar for the strategy sessions then we were directly in touch with the project manager who was our main contact for updates and communication.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Present Pixel has excelled at bridging the gap between our goals and visual identity. The results exceeded our expectations and the brand is appealing to new customers. We are still early in tracking results but overall, we are positive and happy with their work.

It was efficient and easy. We had weekly updates over email and whatsapp messages and discussed more complex subjects over the phone.
