Scope of work:
Prescia IQ was engaged to design, build, and maintain Loop's digital presence at loopbc.com.au. The engagement evolved from initial website build through a full architectural migration and ongoing SEO and content infrastructure improvements. 

Key deliverables:
Initial build 
- Designed and built the original Loop website on Lovable 
- Holds source files, brand assets, and logo files on Loop's behalf

Platform migration
- Migrated the site from a React single-page application to a static-rendered Astro architecture
- Generated approximately 3,000 pre-rendered pages to support discoverability at scale

AEO & SEO infrastructure
- Implemented JSON-LD structured data schema across page types
- Configured robots.txt to permit AI crawlers including GPTBot and PerplexityBot
- Added canonical tags across the site
- Fixed sitemap delivery via a Vercel redirect
- Added Open Graph image for consistent social sharing

Content architecture and UX
- Restructured Success Stories and Insights into standalone index pages
- Ungated all five Loop Insight PDFs to remove friction from content access
- Added navigation dropdowns for Our Services and Success Stories

Ongoing
- Continues to maintain the site and act as Loop's web partner

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most immediate and tangible outcome was the launch of a premium, enterprise-grade website that fundamentally changed how prospective clients perceive Loop Consulting Group from the first touchpoint. Within a short period of going live, we saw a measurable lift in inbound lead quality. The calibre of enquiries shifted noticeably toward the high-ticket B2B engagements we were targeting, rather than general or misaligned inquiries. 

Specifically, the outcomes we can point to include: 
- Increased inbound lead volume from enterprise and executive-level prospects, consistent with the positioning the new site established around our C-suite credentials and the OP3 Methodology™. 
- Improved conversion of website visitors to booked consultations, driven by the cleaner user journey, authority-first design, and direct calls-to-action (including the Operating Model Diagnostic and Strategy Call pathways). 
- Stronger brand authority in B2B sales conversations, we now regularly hear from new clients that the website was a deciding factor in choosing to engage Loop over competitors. The site communicates credibility before a single conversation takes place. 
- Faster sales cycles, as the site does significant pre-qualification work, prospects arrive to calls already aligned to our methodology and pricing tier. 

The project was delivered on time and on budget, which in itself is a measurable outcome given how often digital builds overrun. PresciaIQ built the site on Next.js with Framer Motion and Tailwind, a modern, performant stack that also means page load speeds and Core Web Vitals scores are strong, which supports ongoing organic discoverability.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The engagement ran from late March to late May and came in ahead of the agreed timeline. Communication was via video calls and text, with responses from Alex typically inside five minutes. Scope and business goals were discussed and agreed at the initial interview and revisited at intervals through the project, which kept the build aligned to what Loop actually needed rather than drifting into generic agency output. For a project of this scope, the combination of responsiveness, pace and ongoing scope discipline meant decisions didn't sit in a queue and the brief didn't quietly expand.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Most web developers operate from templates. Alex operates from context. Before any design work began, he took the time to understand the founder's story, Loop's journey to date, and what my incoming partner wanted to achieve through the rebrand launch. That depth of context-gathering is unusual at this end of the market, and meant the site that went live was positioned for the firm we are building rather than a generic consulting template. Combined with the response time and the discipline of revisiting scope through the build, the experience felt closer to working with an embedded partner than a vendor.

Are there any areas for improvement or something PresciaIQ could have done differently?

Nothing material from Loop's perspective.
