Introduce your business and what you do there.

Supremo provides cloud services focusing on Office 365 and Microsoft Azure as a service, and we also developed and implement an ERP [enterprise resource planning] system. It’s like e-commerce. It’s for companies that have 50-500 people. I am the Chief Executive Officer.

What challenge were you trying to address with Predictes?

Our main goal is to create a great digital experience for our customers on our website. So we decided we needed to develop an e-commerce platform. Predictes helped us do that.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They started by talking with us about what our website should look like. They have a good grasp on digital marketing and really wanted to help us with that. They understand what our goal is. They helped us develop our e-commerce capabilities.

How did you come to work with Predictes?

We first had an interview with them. We were told that Predictes is a good company and that they know their system and have good programmers. We contacted previous customers of theirs and they told us the same thing, so we chose them.

How much have you invested with Predictes?

It is costing between $10,000 and $50,000, which was important to us.

What is the status of this engagement?

We are still working with them. We started in 2015 - around January.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

After every project we complete, we ask our customers where they found Supremo and why they chose us. 40% said our website was good and fresh. Our website was one of the main reasons they chose us.

How did Predictes perform from a project management standpoint?

They are strong and focused on the project and the timeline. They kept to the deadlines and helped us produce and develop good material for our website.

What did you find most impressive about Predictes?

They went above and beyond our expectations. What was more important to us than the cost, was the team that we would work with. We loved the staff at Predictes.

Are there any areas Predictes could improve?

The only thing I can think of is that they think differently than we do.
