The main deliverables were a fully functional mobile app, an admin panel for managing data and users, third-party integrations, and ongoing support during the launch phase. The team also helped optimize the app's performance and ensured a smooth user experience across devices.Key features included user registration and login, profile management, data tracking, notifications, and a dashboard for managing users and content. The admin panel made it easy for our team to monitor activity and update information without technical help.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Prateek Pareek delivered successfully and helped streamline several manual processes. We saw improved efficiency in managing data, faster response times, and a smoother experience for our users. The app also reduced the amount of manual work required by our team and made day-to-day operations more organized. After launching the app, we reduced the time spent on several manual tasks by around 60–70%. Processes that previously took 15–20 minutes could be completed in just a few minutes through the app. Response times improved significantly, and our team was able to handle day-to-day operations more efficiently with less manual effort.We received positive feedback from users after the launch, particularly regarding the app’s ease of use and smooth performance. Adoption was strong among our target users, and engagement increased steadily as more people began using the app for their day-to-day activities.
