With every campaign we bring to the table, their team is always full of ideas and articulate with their approach to extracting the brief, whilst further developing the concept throughout this process.

After launching our new websites we have been able to better look after our clients by reducing their contact to very targeted content only. They follow our direction and pay attention to our thoughts. Their team heard our wants and needs and then executed them. From the new website design we are hoping that with a new modernized design, we will get more site traffic and generate more business.

The team communicated better than I could have hoped for, and their responses were timely and well considered. We had zoom/google meetings once a week to discuss progress and shared updates via email. Project was completed within 1.5 month.

I mostly worked directly with the project manager but they often brought in in members from their content team to our calls to diver deeper into any content-specific tasks for the week.

A lot of the issues from their SEO audit I had no idea about and the first month we focuses on fixing a lot of the more technical issues on my site to improve my site speed overall. Much of the content I already had up was good quality but needed some elements for getting more visibility in search results.

Their team buillt out keyword development plans for each of my target pages and with some changes to keywords / page structure we had seen some improvements even 30 days after the articles were updated.

They always gave clear communication and explained to me in simple terms how the changes they're proposing would help grow my site. They were very helpful in accommodating my work style and the type of content I wanted to create.

I was really worried that optimizing my content for SEO would reduce the quality of my creative work. What I appreciated was that right from when I was on boarded, they understood my goals and created a plan that maintained my style but would still give me better results.

Palak was very impressive, especially compared to others Agency I had used previously. Palak and her team regularly complied with deadlines and always communicated delays well ahead of time. Unexpected delays never threatened or stop critical progress being made and everything was clearly communicated over Call, emails or Skype.

The timeline given by other companies to build the exact same concept website was 2 months and nearly 3x the budget that Pramukh Digital needed. Pramukh Digital were then able to completed the project from design to live deployment within 1.5 months and under budget.

The way that I also communicated with Palak made thing clear and easy and helped streamline the process. She was always available to talk with about any concerns or ideas and even made suggestions and had ideas that improved the website dramatically.

I was really impressed with Pramukh Digital and cannot think of any improvement areas.
