I’m the founder of a jewellery brand. We specialise in vintage inspired demi-fine pieces as well as diamond bespoke rings

We needed to freshen up our website so Praime helped with a reskin and implementation of new pages.

We worked with an amazing freelancer who recommended Praime.

Our website was created fairly recently but as our business grew we needed to update the website with a new look, extra pages and functionality. Praime helped us implement a new homepage, new bespoke page, landing pages for multiple categories and rolled out new fonts, footers and colours across the website. Now we use Praime for any extra bits of work.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

since making the changes our conversion rate increased and so did the amount of time people spent on the website - especially on mobile view

We sent over the designs we wanted and a deadline and Praime implemented them on time, very rarely did we need to make any amendments but if we did it was always don’t quickly

Nothing is beyond limits, and they do a good job of making web pages that are easy to use, so we can make updates ourselves

Our brand is new and we needed a professionally made website which had to project our vision, standards and quality.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched online for web developers and shortlisted 2. After interviewing them, I chose Prime Studio based on their presentation, past projects and cost estimate.

We had a meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, their team delivered updates and wireframes for our site, which we discussed and improved.

A project manager was our main point of contact. There were also 2 backend developers and a designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Customers love our website. The product pages are easy to navigate, and users can now pay by credit card and cash on delivery.

We had weekly chats with their project manager, who communicated with me. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their patience was incredible. They answered all of our questions and explained how we can manage our website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. They adapted to our schedule and communicated with the team, later in the evenings as this is when our schedules allowed to.
