The project encompassed a full-spectrum brand development and digital launch, including the following key deliverables: 

• Brand Identity Development: Led the creation and refinement of the brand's essence through strategic brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and concept exploration, ensuring alignment with the vision and values of the Human Divine Project. 
• Logo Design: Designed a new logo that embodies the spiritual, empowering, and transformational nature of the brand, with visual elements that reflect clarity, connection, and inner wisdom. 
• Website Development: Created a fully responsive, visually engaging website to serve as the brand's digital home—highlighting the product, storytelling, and community offerings with an intuitive and soulful user experience. 
• Brand Assets Creation: Developed all visual brand assets needed for launch and beyond, including color palettes, typography, brand voice, iconography, and design templates for consistent communication. 
• Sales Platform Build: Set up a comprehensive e-commerce experience to support the launch and future sales of the oracle deck and digital prodcuts, integrating payment systems and optimized customer journey flows. 
• Software Integration for Human Design Chart Generation: Integrated a custom back-end solution that enables users to generate their personalized Human Design charts directly through the platform—creating a seamless, magical experience.
• Marketing Campaigns: Designed visual campaigns to promote the brand and its first product launch across social media channels. 
• Product Development: Led the full development cycle of the brand's first physical product—The Oracle of Divine Gifts—from concept and content writing to design, launch strategy , and assets creation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in significant growth and engagement across multiple areas:

• Community Growth: The Instagram community grew organically by over 6,000 new followers in 9 months,  driven by intentional content, brand storytelling, and weekly Human Design insights.
• High Engagement Rates: The account experienced a notable increase in engagement, including shares, saves, and direct messages, reflecting deep resonance with the brand message and content.
• Sales of Human Divine Readings & Reports: The launch of personalized readings and digital reports resulted in consistent monthly  sales
• Website Traffic & User Interaction: The new website received thousands of unique visitors shortly after launch, with strong user retention and interaction, particularly around the Human Design chart generator (+1,200 opt in CRM)
• Brand Awareness & Positioning: The brand quickly established itself as a trusted and soulful reference point in the Human Design and personal development space, receiving invitations to collaborate, host workshops, and appear in niche podcasts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Portinos Digital Agency could have done differently?

If there’s one area with room to grow, it would be expanding even further into social media strategy and execution. While the foundation is strong, there’s potential to deepen their expertise and engagement strategies  to amplify the brand’s reach even more.

That said, knowing their commitment to growth and excellence, I have no doubt they’ll continue evolving and expanding their strengths in this area.

Intel being an ingredient brand on the technology ecosystem is constantly working with OEMs and partners to promote the processors inside desktops and laptops in the best possible way.

 In that sense, Intel has partnered with Intel's vendors for their syndicated content in Product Pages on Ecommerces around the globe and Portinos has been selected as the partner that will adjust/create content for those pages, support with the implementation, QA the content once it's deployed and develop a working relationship with vendors as well as the other Intel Creative Agencies to ensure a smooth operation. 

Additionally, the project also includes managing Intel owned Amazon product pages for Boxed processors as well as Brand Pages in Amazon which Portinos creates content for and uploads and publish using Amazon's portal and tools.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• We were able to streamline the workflow and the production pipeline and deliver consistently the right product page content, on time, for each product launch. We had better visibility on implementation challenges and were able to design a plan with concrete action points to solve those challenges.

Portinos has always been an excellent partner. Not only they deliver things on time and are extremely responsive in all channels, but they also provide extremally relevant feedback about the services going on and demonstrate high expertise and knowledge on the running topics.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I believe that the uniqueness about the agency is how committed they are with their clients. Not only knowing a lot about our products, processes, brand guidelines, but also having a customer first approach, understanding our needs and objectives, and making it their own priority.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Portinos could have done differently?

This is not necessarily an improvement point, because of the circumstances (being a regional agency and also due to pandemic), but I would love to get back the FTFs with the team and also think that would be helpful for the regional leads to get to know more the Portinos team! I personally had the chance to visit and meet them FTF multiple times and it was extremely healthy for our relationship.
