What challenge were you trying to address with Porpos?

I was looking to establish our digital presence and the overall promotion of our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Porpos provided us with their web development services to establish my online presence. They sent me sample designs to implement and I approved the one I preferred. After that, we added some new features as we moved along the development process.

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with the owner.

How did you come to work with Porpos?

I was researching for companies that can help us online, and Porpos was the only company that stayed in contact with me until I made the final decision. They made it very clear that they can provide what I was looking for, and that’s what I liked about them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $4,500 USD.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project ran from April–June 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I loved the layout of the website and how easy it was for people to navigate. I also like the fact that they were punctual.

How did Porpos perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very hands-on in making sure everything was in the right place. We communicated through email and phone calls, but we mostly interacted in person.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with their honesty and personal service.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I was very pleased with their work so I wouldn’t change anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to be absolutely clear about what you want to achieve, so they can build exactly what you’re looking for.
