At the beginning of the project, Plural Code Technologies refined existing code written only for the patient-side of the platform. Then, they built other sides of the platform for medical providers and affiliates. In addition to software development, the team was responsible for suggesting best practices and clarifying the usage of selective frameworks and gems (zip up codes). We continue to work with them as our goals continue to evolve.

We have renewed our contract with them, extending it from a short project agreement to long-term tech assistance. They currently support all feature-building and maintenance of the platform, which aids in minimizing the platform's downtime. This goes to show that we are satisfied with their work and will continue to work with them.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
At first, I did not like their tendency to shift deadlines, but this issue improved over time. We used tickets for features and bugs. The team resolved the latter using a step-wise, priority-based approach. We communicated via WhatsApp and used Trello to track progress.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Plural Code Technologies had a strong sense of ownership. They did everything from helping us with feedback to responding to immediate requirements, often for a certain release deadline.
Furthermore, the team satisfied all requirements at a reasonable cost. They reimbursed us for shifting deadlines. Furthermore, they had a flexible approach to development, building features that were not in the original scope.
Are there any areas for improvement?
They should document the code every week and consider testing cases before deployments. The team also needs to be timelier with set deadlines.
