Please describe your company and your position there.

We offer human resources and accounting services to small and medium businesses. I am the CEO's secretary.

For what projects/services did your company hire The Pixxel Agency?

We decided to work with The Pixxel Agency to create a brand new website for our company. Having an online presence is important to us.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We contacted a few agencies in the UK and decided to work with this agency because their proposal was comprehensive, detailed, and easy to understand. We mostly interacted with Kevin, who listened to our needs and delivered.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had a few meeting after receiving the proposal, in order to to plan the project's timeline and the next steps. They then designed three templates which we chose from after a few edits. Then the development was quick, finally we tested the website over 2 weeks, we haven't launched yet, but this is coming soon. They are still helping with small details.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with three people in total. The managing director, one web designer and someone in marketing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They were very patient with us and were present at every step. Not only were they quick, but they also did a fantastic job.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We could easily communicate with them via Whatsapp, phone calls and emails. They always replied within a day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very creative, and managed to fully understand our needs. And even after the project is done, they are still there to support us. Their customer service is excellent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None.
