I'm part of the HR team at Fana Addis Tiwlid Ethiopia, a non-profit organization. We are an NGO with the aim of educating the youth and being there for people in need.

We hired Pixelwel to develop our website and create our brand guidelines.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pixelwel has been responsible for website development, brand guidelines, graphic design, and creating an admin panel with reporting dashboards. The team has also created an HR management system through the admin panel. Overall, Pixelwel has handled everything related to our organization's digitalization and systems.

We found Pixelwel through a referral and their website. We chose them over other options because they offered good value for the cost, their company values aligned with ours, and another company that worked with them recommended them.

We worked with Pixelwel from February–April 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since Pixelwel has digitized our system, our work efficiency has grown a lot. Before they developed the system, everything had to go through one HR person, and there was too much communication on task workflows and follow-ups, which was a mess. Now, our work efficiency has improved by 70% in terms of time in workflow.Moreover, the website has helped us reach people we thought we couldn't reach. The visitors like the website and have sent lots of messages through the system. Our team has also enjoyed it and thanked Pixelwel.

How did Pixelwel perform from a project management standpoint?

Pixelwel has delivered on time. We communicate through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by Pixelwel's initiative to deliver on time. The team has also consulted us on what we should add in terms of features.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish Pixelwel was part of our team rather than a contract.
