I'm a director of the media business, providing news and classifieds to the islands of Jersey and Guernsey.

Our platform is continuously evolving to provide for the communities we serve. Richard has been an invaluable member of the team since he started working with us on our launch into the Guernsey market. Helping our business and our platform grow, as well as our audience.

From day one Pixel Hero was simply looking to help, that willingness to be helpful, useful to the business has grown our business relationship into a long term partnership.

I asked Richard to set up the website from scratch. The goals were to have a simple, functional website as ready as soon as possible.

I was looking for a developer who had worked with CS Cart before, was UK based and not too expensive.

No bugs, all working, reasonably quick delivery, responsive to ad hoc requests, clear communicator.

Their project management style is simple and uncomplicated!  Mostly email and google suite

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Richard does everything - development and manages communications with me, the client, so I get a direct line of communication with the source and he knows what he's talking about. No bullshit.

Are there any areas for improvement?

More proactive communication, perhaps. Faster turnaround, of course.
