Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Software application used to allow hotel guests to check-in online before arriving in the hotel or on premise on a physical kiosk installed in the hotel lobby. 
Some main key deliverables are: 

• integrations with various PMS systems used by hotels 
• integrations with various online payment systems or card present payments 
• backoffice application used to easily create and configure new hotels 
• centralized setup for all hotels installed on platform 
• security on application

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The remote team has an excellent collaboration with the team in France. Pitech has an maintains an excellent level of technical skills. Working with Pitech is working with real professionals who really master their domain. The application development is still ongoing but it gets more rich in features and it is largely used by our customers.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The team is very well structured and organized. The delivery is always on time and there is a close collaboration with the french team exchaging ideas and possible solutions to the various issues we encountered.
